My last day in Lymington, southern England, I met Guy. It’s 2006 and the real estate bubble, read Tulip Mania, is still rising. Guy was previously involved in the music business (rock) but now has a family to care for, so for the moment he’s a builder and developer. Lymington is a yatching town and demand is high for small 2nd homes. Guy was reconverting a small one family house back into its original two small family units.
